Boccas is a Portuguese company founded in 2002 for the purpose of promote and develop the practice of Boccia and work to improve all products of boccia games to increase the satisfation and performance of boccia athlets.
With this gold, we present our first set of boccia - the Boccas Hard Povoa 2002 - at World Boccia Cup 2002 in Povoa de Varzim. This set made a huge success between several national teams and we start sell this set, and latter all our products, all over the world.
Since then, Boccas sets have been used in all portuguese national and international competition with immense success. For example, we are pride that athletes with our sets won medals in World Boccia Cup 2002 (Portugal), World Boccia Cup 2003 (New Zeland), Paralympic Games 2004 (Athenas) and European Cup 2005 (Portugal) between others.
Inspired by athlets feedback about our boccia sets we decide develop specify products for BC3 players. So, we developed distinct kind of ramps, two ramps supports, an helmet for BC3 player and a bench for the BC3 assistant.
To complete our offert we also supply other accessories boccia game and manual and electronic placards.
Nowadays, we are not only working in new and better boccia game products but also in visual handicaps sport products.
As our clients we have schools, city councils, sports association, day centers, rehabilitation centers, senior residential, handicaps athletes and senior athletes all over the world, from Denmark to New Zeland!
